During this initial process, you'll have an opportunity to share your marketing objectives, your organization's history and past approaches as well as any other information that you believe provides insight into what you do and how you do it.   

If we believe that e-websmart can help you achieve your business goals, we'll provide you with a detailed proposal that shows you exactly how.   We don't just tell you we can do it, we put our plan in writing so you can make informed decisions.

Through a series of work sessions, your design project – whether it be a logo & stationery design, print marketing materials or a full custom Web site – will begin to take shape.  Check-ins will occur along the way to allow you an opportunity to approve each piece of the project.

One of the most unique aspects about working with e-websmart is our ability to provide clients with hands-on, one-on-one training, even if your office is across town, across state or across the country from ours.

Using the latest “distance” learning software tools, our experienced trainer can actually work with you by phone, while simultaneously sharing a computer screen with you in our secure training environment.  You and the trainer can see exactly what the other is doing in real-time, which provides for a very effective training experience.

When the final project meets with your approval, we’ll carefully work with you to orchestrate production of any written materials.  You will own all images and copy that are provided as part of your project.

If your project included custom Web site design, we will schedule a meeting with you to orient you to the new site and provide you with training on the Site Manager's Console.   From that point forward, you'll be able to manage every aspect of your new Web site.
